Babak Amali, OTR

President

Babak, a 1994 graduate of the Göteborg College of Health Sciences in Sweden, has held leadership roles in local and national contract companies throughout his career. Specializing in systems for financial viability, he has collaborated with both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Currently an active member at NARA and an advisory board member at Sacramento City College, he is a sought-after speaker, frequently participating in panel discussions and presentations on Therapy operations and regulatory issues. His insights on regulatory and professional practice acts have been featured in national and state associations’ magazines.

Michael Raffee, MA, SLP

Vice President of Business Development

With over 30 years in healthcare, Michael is a seasoned rehabilitation sales professional, spanning skilled nursing, senior living, acute hospital, outpatient, and home health. A Michigan State University graduate in Speech-Language Pathology and former board member of the California Association of Health Facilities, he now serves as the Vice President of Business Development. Michael is dedicated to cultivating strong relationships and finding tailored solutions for customers’ business needs.

Elizabeth Gomes, OTR

Clinical Consultant

With over three decades in the healthcare industry, Elizabeth specializes in geriatric care. Her expertise includes training physical, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists. Elizabeth has developed various clinical programs, such as Fall and Balance, Dementia, Urinary Incontinence, and the Driver Generalist’s program. Additionally, she has served as an “expert clinical witness” in numerous cases over the past several years.

Lo Saechao, DPT

Area Director of Operations

Lo, a Physical Therapist, brings over a decade of clinical expertise and more than two decades of managerial experience. A graduate of Sacramento State University with a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and a Master’s in Physical Therapy, he has treated patients across diverse settings, including post-operative, orthopedics, recreational and collegiate athletics, and geriatrics. Lo takes special delight in working with older adults and is committed to assisting rehab directors in reaching their career zenith.

Amy Seiger, SLP

Implementation and Support Specialist

Amy, a seasoned speech-language pathologist, boasts over 15 years of clinical and operational expertise spanning the post-acute care continuum. Devoted to enhancing independence in older adults, she specializes in crafting mental fitness and cognitive training programs. Amy not only provides clinical and operational support for your therapy and wellness team but is also equipped to offer guidance in therapy software implementation

With over two decades in recruitment and staffing, Angela specializes in Rehab Services. Her diverse background spans agency work and roles within non-profit healthcare organizations, facilitating placements across various settings—acute, acute rehab, skilled nursing, outpatient, home health, and schools. Angela takes pride in aiding companies to reduce their dependence on staffing agencies. Renowned for her expertise, she excels in pairing clinicians with facilities, ensuring successful and mutually beneficial matches.
