President
Babak is the 1994 graduate of the Göteborg College of Health Sciences, Department of Occupational Therapy, in Göteborg, Sweden. He has spent most of his career in leadership positions for local and national contract companies. He has worked extensively with both for-profit and non-profit organizations with a focus on establishing and implementing systems that ensured financial viability. He is currently a Board member at the National Association of Rehabilitation providers and Agencies (NARA), and a member of the advisory board for the Sacramento City College, in Sacramento, California. He is regularly invited to various panel discussions and to give presentations and share his expertise related to Therapy operations and issues. His views related to regulatory and professional practice acts have been published in various national and state associations’ magazines.
Michael Raffee, MA, SLP
Vice President of Business Development
Michael is a rehabilitation sales professional with over 40 years experience in healthcare including skilled nursing, senior living, acute hospital, out-patient and home health. He is a graduate of Michigan State University in Speech-Language Pathology and former board member of the California Association of Health Facilities. As the Vice President of Business Development, Michael strives to build solid relationships and works to find the right solution for the customer’s business needs.
Elizabeth Gomes, OTR
Clinical Consultant
Elizabeth has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry with major focus on the geriatric population. She has had extensive experience training physical, occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists. She has developed many clinical programs, such as Fall and Balance, Dementia, Urinary Incontinence and Driver Generalist’s program. She has performed in the role of an “expert clinical witness” for many cases in the past several years.
Amy Seiger, SLP
Implementation and Support Specialist
Amy is a speech-language pathologist with more than 15 years of clinical and operational experience across the post-acute care continuum. She is passionate about promoting independence in older adults, and specializes in developing mental fitness and cognitive training programs. In addition to providing clinical and operational support for your therapy and wellness team, Amy is prepared to offer guidance in therapy software implementation.
Nancy Beecham, RN
Corporate Clinical Nurse Coach
Nancy is a Certified Gerontological Nurse who has worked in the nursing field for more than 44 years. She has held numerous state and national positions within many various organizations, including receiving the 2015 Circle of Honor Award from the San Diego Health Care Association, being honored as the National Association Directors of Nursing Administration’s 2012 Nursing Administrator of the Year, serving as the President of the California Chapter for the National Association Directors Of Nursing Administration (NADONA) in Long Term Care, and is the Immediate Past President of the Nurses Council of California.
Sarah Ball, OTR, MIB
Hospital Quality, Accreditation and CARF Implementation Consultant
Sarah is an occupational therapist with close to 40 years in healthcare clinical and operational expertise. Working in rehabilitation-related venues including LTCH, Inpatient Rehabilitation, Community and Residential services, her specialty focuses on quality and accreditation. Sarah is a surveyor for the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), is well versed in The Joint Commission Disease-Specific Certification processes and is an advocate in pursuit of high reliability processes and ‘zero-harm’ using the Malcolm Baldrige Excellence Framework, as a Baldrige examiner and Six Sigma Green Belt, building organizational excellence through process design
